Scope
This information applies to consumers entering into off-premises or distance contracts for our services and digital content supplied without a physical medium. The service actually purchased determines the applicable rules.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is concluded, but not before the legally required withdrawal information has been provided.

You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending your withdrawal statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences
Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments received without undue delay, no later than fourteen days after receiving your statement. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and do not charge a reimbursement fee.
If you expressly requested a service to start during the withdrawal period, proportionate compensation for the service supplied before withdrawal may be payable under the statutory conditions. This page does not replace the required prior information and your express request.
Early performance
For paid services, early expiry of the withdrawal right requires the statutory conditions, in particular complete performance after prior express consent to an early start and acknowledgement that the right expires on full performance.
For paid digital content without a physical medium, early expiry on starting performance requires, in particular, prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the required contractual confirmation on a durable medium. A custom order, AI-generated result or acceptance of terms alone is not sufficient. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected.
