Additional workflow slots do not unlock more data sources or actions. The report builder uses one of the four sources and up to four numeric AND conditions. It does not send messages or change data.
The workflow allowance includes your free workflow. All displayed prices are monthly totals; no VAT is shown under Section 19 German VAT Act. You can pause workflows anytime; this does not cancel a paid subscription. Plans can be cancelled monthly. New direct subscriptions use Stripe.

Which workflows are available today?
Read-only reports for connected Shopify, Brevo, WordPress and Ablefy accounts. The report builder uses one source per workflow and up to four numeric AND conditions. Save a draft, check it with sample data and explicitly activate it. A sample test does not verify a real provider connection.
How much does NJUME Automatic cost?
One active workflow is always free. Smart costs €39, Intelligent €69 and Pro starts at €129 per month. Displayed prices are totals; no VAT is shown under Section 19 German VAT Act. All plans can be cancelled monthly.
Does Automatic change data or send messages?
No. Available reports read existing metrics and show the result in your portal. They do not send messages, publish content or change data. Missing data and unmet conditions are identified in the result.
Which apps can I select?
The catalogue includes 23 apps; your plan determines the number of app slots. Ready-made reports cover Shopify, Brevo, WordPress and Ablefy. Custom requests are available for all catalogue apps. OAuth connections and managed setups follow the setup path shown for each app. A saved connection alone does not make another workflow executable.
How often do reports run?
Choose in the dashboard: manually, daily at 08:00 or Mondays at 08:00, all in Europe/Berlin. General event triggers are not available in the report builder.
How do I request another workflow?
Describe the trigger, required data and desired result in your dashboard. The request is saved in your customer account. The notification status shows whether the sending service accepted the notification to NJUME or an error occurred. NJUME reviews feasibility, permissions and scope, then replies in your customer chat. A request is not yet a commitment or an active workflow. See apps, portals and automation for more examples.
