These terms concern website and app projects, relaunches, ongoing support and NJUME's digital offerings. They form part of a contract only when validly incorporated into the relevant agreement. Publishing this page does not change existing contracts. Individual agreements and mandatory statutory rights take precedence.
Consumers act predominantly for private purposes; business customers act in their trade, business or profession. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Orders and scope
For individual projects, the agreed offer and order define the intended result, functions, stages, price, schedule and cooperation required. A free introductory call does not place a paid order.
For services purchased directly online, the product and plan information displayed before purchase applies. Completing the paid order process submits a binding order. NJUME accepts it through a contractual confirmation or by activating or starting the purchased service. A purely technical acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself promise additional services.
Additional functions, advertising budgets, third-party costs and changes of scope require a separate agreement. They do not create an additional paid order without approval.
Websites, apps, relaunches and support
The specific agreement determines the result or activity NJUME owes. We coordinate content, necessary access, approvals and feedback. We communicate foreseeable delays and agree necessary changes to scope or dates.
Revisions, maintenance, support, hosting, backups, domains, handover and response times are included only to the agreed extent. Where acceptance is required, the agreement and statutory rules apply. Approving a draft or remaining silent does not automatically exclude defect rights.
Unless expressly agreed, no particular Google position, platform approval, reach, conversion rate or revenue is guaranteed. Agreed functions and expressly promised results remain binding.
Digital offerings
Launch
The Launch Pass covers the provisional first concept or protected preview described before purchase, not a completed website. Further implementation requires a separate offer. Any credit of the pass price promised before purchase remains valid.
Motion
The purchased photo or video outputs, settings and displayed price preview determine the scope. A one-off purchase is not a subscription. AI-generated outputs do not carry a blanket promise of legal exclusivity or copyright ownership. Statutory rights for non-conforming results remain unaffected.
Socialme
Socialme provides the purchased portal, planning and publishing functions. Publishing and replies depend on your approvals and settings; connecting an account alone is not unlimited permission to publish. The validly incorporated Socialme terms apply additionally.
Automatic
Automatic prepares the purchased reports from the selected, actually connected data sources. Missing connections or data are not treated as a successfully completed check. Pausing a workflow does not cancel a paid plan.
Prices and payment
The total prices displayed before purchase or individually agreed apply. NJUME uses the exemption under section 19 UStG; VAT is not charged separately. Deposits, payment dates and additional project work depend on the specific agreement.
Payments use the methods offered in the relevant checkout. Our Stripe configuration currently enables cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Kakao Pay, Link, MB WAY, Naver Pay, PAYCO, PayPal, Samsung Pay, Satispay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Klarna and Pix. Availability depends on country, currency, device, amount and one-off or recurring payment. Shopify-linked purchases may use Shopify Billing as described for the relevant product.
Subscriptions and ending services
Price, billing interval, duration and cancellation options are those displayed before purchase. Plans advertised as cancellable monthly do not gain a longer minimum commitment through these terms. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
Cancelling a subscription, pausing a workflow, disconnecting a platform and deleting data are different actions. You may send termination notices to hello@njume.studio. Any further cancellation options required by law remain unaffected.
Content and usage rights
You retain rights to content you supply. Only provide materials and data you are entitled to use. NJUME uses them for the agreed service, not independently to advertise confidential customer work or customer names.
Usage rights, source and project files, and account handover are defined in the offer. Third-party, open-source, font and media licences must be respected. Rights to customer materials are not transferred to NJUME wholesale.
Non-performance, defects and liability
Statutory rights and valid individual agreements apply. These terms do not introduce a blanket exclusion of liability, a stricter defect-notification deadline or a reduction of mandatory defect rights. Rights relating to digital products, required updates and data protection remain unaffected. A third-party platform outage does not automatically eliminate NJUME's own agreed obligations.
Withdrawal and dispute resolution
Consumers can find information under Right of withdrawal and model form. Starting a service immediately or accepting terms alone does not remove a right of withdrawal.
NJUME Studio is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
