Socialme Terms of Use.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Provider and scope
Socialme is provided by NJUME Studio, owner Erison Zeka, Reisstraße 26, 13629 Berlin, Germany. You can contact us at hello@njume.studio.
These terms describe the use of Socialme in the NJUME client portal by consumers and businesses. They cover access, connecting your own social media accounts and handling posts. Individual agreements and previously agreed customer rights remain unaffected. Statutory rights, particularly those of consumers, are not restricted.
2. Access and connected accounts
Only use access assigned to you or the business you represent. Keep personal access links and other login credentials confidential. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Only connect social media accounts that you are authorised to use. When connecting via OAuth, you sign in with the relevant platform provider and decide there whether to grant the requested permissions. A setup request is not yet a connection. The functions actually available depend on your purchased service, the connected account and the relevant platform's approvals.
3. Drafts, scheduling and publishing
Socialme supports preparing, reviewing, scheduling and publishing posts. Drafts and ideas are not published posts. Before publishing, review the text, media, destination account and available platform settings. For TikTok, this also includes visibility and the required publishing declarations.
Publishing is initiated based on your approval for the selected content and connected accounts. The platform may carry out further checks, reject content or restrict functions. The dashboard shows the processing status and any available error messages. Please report inconsistencies so that we can investigate.
4. Your content
Only upload content and place requests that you are authorised to use and publish. Respect other people's rights, particularly rights relating to images, music, trademarks and personal data, as well as the selected platform's rules.
NJUME processes content you provide to perform the functions you use and the requests you approve. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to NJUME or grant NJUME an independent right to use your content in its advertising. Separately agreed rights remain unaffected.
5. Disconnecting accounts and data requests
You can disconnect a Socialme account in “Connections”. This ends the active connection in Socialme. Disconnecting is not a complete deletion of all stored connection data. It does not automatically delete posts already published on the platform or drafts, media and activity records stored in the portal. Disconnecting an account also does not cancel a purchased subscription.
If needed, also review the app permissions in your account with the platform provider. For questions about access, stored data or deletion, contact hello@njume.studio. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and the rights you have.
6. Separately purchased services and statutory rights
The price, service scope, billing period and termination of a paid purchase are determined by the relevant offer, the information provided during ordering and your agreement with NJUME. These platform terms do not create an additional paid request or change an existing purchase. They do not replace the consumer information required for a particular purchase, including information about cancellation and withdrawal.
NJUME applies the German small-business VAT exemption under § 19 UStG; no VAT is charged or shown separately. The total price displayed before ordering applies to your particular purchase.
Statutory claims apply, particularly in the event of defects, non-performance or damages. These terms do not introduce any additional exclusion of liability or warranty rights.
7. Contact and dispute resolution
For questions about Socialme or these terms, email hello@njume.studio. NJUME Studio is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
