Connect Shopify with your ERP.

Products, stock, prices and orders should not drift apart across separate systems. NJUME connects Shopify with an ERP or inventory platform through a suitable app, middleware or a custom API.

Stock & availability

Stock is synchronized according to a clear source and update rule. Reservations, multiple locations and delayed updates are considered before implementation.

Products & prices

Products, variants, SKUs, metafields, prices and media are mapped to a clear data model to avoid overwrites and duplicates.

Orders & fulfilment

Orders, payment status, shipping information and tracking can be passed reliably to an ERP, fulfilment provider or other systems.

Customers & B2B

Customer master data, company accounts, price groups and tax information are processed only within the agreed scope and with clear ownership.

App, middleware or API

An existing app is often the most economical route. Middleware or custom development is used when standard solutions cannot reliably cover the business logic or data quality.

Monitoring & failures

Logs, retries, conflict rules and notifications show when data is missing, permissions expire or one of the connected systems is unavailable.

Map the data flow before building the integration.

01

System check

Review Shopify, the ERP, interfaces and the leading source for each data set.

02

Mapping

Define fields, direction, frequency, conflicts and error paths.

03

Test run

Test realistic products, orders and outages in a safe environment.

04

Operations

Go live in a controlled way, document the setup and monitor critical interfaces.

Which inventory system fits Shopify?

The vendor name is only one factor. Range, order volume, warehouses, B2B needs and the available interface determine the fit. We review technical suitability before committing to a solution.

How is Shopify connected?

Through a native integration, Shopify app, middleware or custom API. The sensible route depends on data flows, consequences of failure, cost and maintainability.

Which data is synchronized?

Common flows include products, variants, stock, prices, customers, orders and shipping status. A clear field and system map prevents conflicting data.

How much does the integration cost?

A reliable quote requires a review of the systems and APIs. The first check identifies scope and risk; you then receive a concrete proposal. Our guide explains the basics of an API integration.

Custom Shopify features too?

Yes. If the integration needs custom apps, webhooks or theme logic, it is combined with our Shopify development.

Reports without changing data?

If you first want to evaluate metrics from Shopify, NJUME Automatic creates controlled, read-only shop reports without changing data.
