NJUME Studio · Berlin

Website Relaunch Berlin.

A relaunch renews design, structure, and technology without carelessly losing existing content, rankings, and tracking. NJUME combines UX, development, and SEO migration in one controlled process.

Understand what exists

Before the redesign, we review pages, URLs, content, search queries, technology, forms, and tracking. What works isn't removed out of habit.

Goals & user journeys

The relaunch gets clear business goals: better inquiries, more understandable services, more sales, or easier maintenance. Navigation and conversion paths follow from that.

Information architecture

Content is reorganized, merged, or expanded. Every important search intent and every key user question gets a clear place.

Design & development

The new look is built on a solid technical foundation — with Shopify, WordPress, or custom development, depending on the project.

SEO migration

URL mapping, 301 redirects, canonicals, sitemap, internal links, and metadata are prepared and cross-checked before launch.

Tracking & quality

Forms, analytics, consent, mobile use, and key functions are tested in staging and after go-live. A relaunch doesn't end with the upload.

When does a relaunch make sense?

When structure, technology, or design permanently block the website's goals and individual repairs would only create new dependencies. An audit clarifies whether a complete relaunch is really necessary.

What does a relaunch cost?

The effort depends on page count, content, target system, migration, integrations, and SEO risk. After the inventory and goal definition, the scope is calculated transparently.

Will rankings be lost?

Every larger change carries some residual risk. URL mapping, redirects, content comparison, and monitoring reduce it significantly and make deviations visible quickly.

Does all content have to be created from scratch?

No. Good content is carried over and improved. Only outdated, duplicate, or no longer relevant pages are deliberately merged or removed.

How long does a relaunch take?

The duration depends on the size of the existing site, approvals, content, and technology. After the audit and concept, a realistic milestone plan is created.

What happens on launch day?

Domain, redirects, sitemap, forms, tracking, and key user journeys are switched over in a controlled way and checked immediately. For critical projects, a fallback plan is prepared.

What happens afterwards?

Search Console, error logs, rankings, forms, and analytics are monitored. Conspicuous 404 pages, redirect gaps, or tracking problems are corrected by priority.
